- Coaching techniques including tips and exercises to help promote more efficient movement 
- Small group sessions available upon request (maximum 4 athletes per session)

Triathlon Strength Conditioning Program
$80 per month
Includes a weekly training program delivered via the Training Peaks App and a One-on-One personal training session each month.
- The PT session is a mobile session that can be done in your own home 
- The program can be adjusted weekly or monthly depending on your progress 
- Functional strength work for swimming, cycling & running 
- Focusing on and improving balance, stability & mobility
